  • Welcome to our Support Desk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to use this system.

NOTE: Tickets are answered in the order they are received. Please do not submit multiple tickets, as this may delay our response. You can expect a response within 1 business day, but most tickets are answered the same day.

Please note that we have recently migrated to this new support center. Any tickets older than 1/28/14 will not be found here. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have not had a response to a ticket that was submitted previously, you may resubmit the ticket and we will get back to you right away.

    Videos Won't Play

There are a couple reasons you may be experiencing this issue. I would suggest the following options. You may have already tried these suggestions, so I will list them below.

    1. Reload the page, click play and then as the video starts to play, click pause. Allow the video to load fully before watching any of the video. Once it has fully loaded, press play.

    2. Switch to a different internet browser. I tested in Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and the video played for me.

    3. Check your flash player for updates. Click this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and it should let you know if your flash player is out of date and needs to be updated.

It also could have been caused by a glitch in your internet connection, which is the most common cause for this issue. If this was the case, you should be able to watch the video in its entirety by using option 1 above.

How to combine cells in Excel

In this example we will combine cells A1 & B1.

First, add a column to the spreadsheet. Then write this formula into the first field in this column:

    =A1&" "&B1&""

Hit enter and you will see the new data in this field. (i.e. A1 B1)

Then copy this formula down the column by double clicking the bottom right hand corner of the cell (i.e. on the box that you would otherwise drag).

Once you have copied the formula down the field, you will need to copy/the column and then Paste As and select Paste Values so that you will have the actual text in the field and not just the formula.

    Then save your file.

    Copy cell values, not formulas

Sometimes, when you copy the contents of a cell, you want to paste just the value and not the underlying formula that is displayed in the formula bar.

For example, you might want to copy the resulting value of a formula to a cell on another worksheet. Or you might want to delete the values that you used in a formula after you copied the resulting value to another cell on the worksheet. Both of these actions cause an invalid cell reference error (#REF!) error to appear in the destination cell, because the cells that contain the values that you used in the formula can no longer be referenced.

You can avoid this error by pasting the resulting values of formulas without the formula in destination cells.

    1. On a worksheet, select the cells that contain the resulting values of a formula that you want to copy.
    2. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy .

Keyboard shortcut  You can also press CTRL+C.

    1. Select the upper-left cell of the paste area.

Tip    To move or copy a selection to a different worksheet or workbook, click another worksheet tab or switch to another workbook, and then select the upper-left cell of the paste area.

    1. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste , and then click Paste Values.

    Opening Spreadsheets on a Mac

The spreadsheet files are Microsoft Excel files, so you will need to either open with Office for Mac, or you can also upload to Google drive and use it the same way. Here is a tutorial for how to use Google Drive:1. Let's say you have an Excel spreadsheet you want to edit where ever you are without a need for having Microsoft Office installed.

    2. Open Google Docs homepage, click here to go there. Login to you Google account if asked so.

    3. In Google Docs homepage click Upload button next to Create and choose Files...

    4. Browse and double click the document you want to import to Google Docs.

    6. When upload is complete, click to open the file you just uploaded.

    7. And there's your spreadsheet with most of the formatting and calculation formulas included. Majority of the Excel formulas and function should be able to work in Google Docs as well.

    8. And there's an imported Excel spreadsheet (now a Google Docs spreadsheet) among your other Google Docs documents.

You can also import Microsoft Word document and Microsoft PowerPoint document and turn in to a Google Docs document the same way we did it in this tutorial. All you need is a computer, tablet or a smartphone and a working Internet connection and you can work with your documents online in Google Docs.
